Ingredients
40gmsBiscuits(8 nos.)
30gmsUnsalted Butter(1/4th cup)
60gmsCream cheese(1/2 cup)
50mlHeavy cream (sweetened)(1/4th cup)
28gmsPowdered sugar(2 tbsp)
40gmsBanana(1 nos.)
100mlCondensed Milk(1/2 cup)
Whipped cream(for garnish)
Chocochips(for garnish)
Instructions
For Crumb Base
Add melted butter to the biscuit crumb and set it into the glasses/jars. Refrigerate them for 10 Mins.
For Cream Cheese frosting
Take cream cheese. about 50 ml heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and whip it till stiff. You can even add a few drops of vanilla in there just for extra flavour. Layer it into the jars.
For Dulce de Leche
Take some condensed milk in a tray/any aluminium mould, cover it using aluminium foil and bake at 200 degrees for 85 Mins. Remove and add it to the layering.
Layering
Add some fresh banana pieces, some whipped cream, chocolate shavings, Choco chips and refrigerate for about 30 Mins. Enjoy it chilled!!!
