Instructions
Start by making the tart base.
In a blender, add 10 biscuits and blend into a fine powder. Add melted butter to it and mix well.
Add this biscuit mixture to the tart mould and press it using a glass to form the base. Bake at 180 degrees for 5-6 mins or till you gets a nice golden crust.
For the frosting, In a bowl add cream cheese, whipped cream, and Shrikhand and mix it using a whisk till smooth and well combined.
Add a few drops of green food colour and pistachio essence and mix again.
Add the frosting into the tart, add chopped dry fruits and rose petals for garnish, and put it in the freezer overnight.
