I have been making a lot of things lately and often times I have some frostings and icing leftover, weel I decided to finish them yesterday.
I had two things in mind- a tart or a cheesecake bu since I already made the cheesecake a few days back I went with the tart. Made a simple pistachio- cardamon tart. Had some shrikhand leftover as well so tossed that in as well. A super easy to make, no-bake, okay, very little bake time kinda tart. It was amazing, just like a regular tart, so gooooooood.
