Ingredients
125gmsUnsalted Butter
125gmsPowdered sugar
1tspVanilla Extract
125gmsMilk powder
250gmsRefined Flour
1½tspBaking powder
1/2tspBaking soda
1/2CupMilk
Food colouring(As Per Choice)
Instructions
Start by creaming together butter and sugar. Add vanilla extract to itand mix it well.
Sift in all the dry ingredients, flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda.
Keep adding milk gradually a fold into the batter till you get desired consistency.
Now that the batter is ready, here comes the time-consuming part. Divide the batter into 5 batches, 1 of 2/3rd cup each and add food colouring of your choice to it.
Add 1 colour batter each time in a pre-lined mould and bake at 170 degrees Celsius or 328 degree Fahrenheit for 9 mins. Remove, let it cool, demould and repeat the process again.
Notes
It is much easier if you have 2 same tins so you can keep one filled till another one is being baked. Little time consuming but so worth it, Happy Baking!!!
