It’s been rainy crazy the last few days here in Pune and I wanted to have something hot but different to enjoy the weather. Well, I would usually end up eating onion fritters most of the time yet this time I thought why not bake something. With too much dessert in the last couple of days, I made a simple Garlic bread for myself.
A super easy to make cheese garlic bread from scratch. I was going to make it like most of them do, cut into slices or stuff it with it but I saw this post on Instagram with small squares of garlic bread and I just couldn’t resist making it. A few simple steps and done. Super garlicky, buttery, and soft…..Do give it a try, happy baking.
