Everybody is talking about Dalgona coffee, well we had to make it as well. However, I tried to make my own variant and turned it into a dessert. Since everyone is missing the gym and their daily workouts, I thought why not make a healthy dessert. Made a simple banana Pudding with some dalgona coffee mixture and added some chia seeds to top it all, because it’s summer and those are good to stay hydrated.
Made a layered dessert of dalgona banana pudding some chia seeds pudding, a crunchy banana crumb, and white chocolate decoration. A simple but wholesome treat to indulge in. Yummmm…

- 70 ml Milk (1/3rd cup)
- 100 gms Banana (frozen) (5 nos.)
- 4 gms Cinnamon Powder (1 tsp)

- 40 gms Sugar (1/3rd cup)
- 2.5 ml Water (1/2 tsp)
- 10 gms Cashewnuts
- 40 gms White Chocolate
Instructions
Dalgona Layer
- Starting off with the banana pudding. In a blender take 4 frozen banana cut into pieces. Add Cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of honey ,and blend it.
- Add the dalgona mixture to it. It is basically equal parts of coffee powder, sugar and water beat to a foamy texture. For this recipe, you need about 1/2 tsp of all the three ingredients.
- Now mix the dalgona mixture into the banana mixture and blend again. Transfer into jars.
Chia Pudding
- For Chia pudding, Soak chia seeds with 2 tsp of honey and 1/3 cup of milk overnight (8 hours). Distribute equally amongst 3 jars.
- Now for the caramel, take sugar in a pan and let it turn brown on its own without water and without stirring. Add 1 banana cut into pieces and some nuts of your choice, I used cashews and coat them. Add this on the chia pudding layer.
Chocolate honeycomb
- For the last element, melt white chocolate on a double boiler/Bain Marie and spread it on bubble wrap. Once set remove carefully and place shards on it. Garnish with some mint leaves and enjoy!!!
