Freakshake came into trend a few years ago but it always manages to show up on the gram during summers. Watching these tempting posts on Instagram made me drool and since we are between quarantine I really can’t go out to satisfy my cravings, well why not make it at home right.
Since strawberries are in season why not use them. Made a lovely lookin’ thick shake at home today, made a batch of those mini doughnuts from last week and assembled them into a huge pink summer freakshake tower!!! Super simple, spending the quarantine time indulging in this……. yum.

Freakshakes
A thick shake filled with strawberries and rose, topped with some cream, marshmallows,and doughnuts.
Ingredients
For Milkshake
- 220 ml Heavy cream (sweetened) (1 cup)
- 70 ml Milk (1/3rd cup)
- 40 gms Strawberries (10 nos.)
- 30 ml Rose syrup (2 tbsp)
Others
- 30 gms Icecream (vanilla) (2 scoops)
- 30 gms White Chocolate (1/4th cup)
- 10 gms sugar (1/2 tbsp)
- 50 ml Topping cream (1/4th cup)
- 8 gms Strawberries (2 nos.)
- 5 gms Wafer biscuits (2 nos.)
- 12 gms Doughnuts (3 nos.)
- 10 gms Marshmellows (as per preference)
Instructions
- In a blender, add heavy cream, milk, randomly cut strawberries and some rose syrup. Blend into a smooth milkshake. Let it chill for about 30 Mins.
- Melt some white chocolate over a double boiler and add a few drops of violet food colouring to it. Coat the outside of the jar with some of this white chocolate, blend the rest with the milkshake.
- Add some Sugar balls on the white chocolate, you can even cover it entirely by rolling your jar in the sprinkles.
- Fill the jar with the milkshake till the rim and add some ice cream in it.
- Whip some topping cream and pipe it on the top.
