3-layer Sizzling Brownie

3-layer Sizzling Brownie

Have you ever seen a dish as a kid and was so fascinated by it that you always wanted to recreate it, Well a sizzling platter of brownie was that to me. A hot chocolate-coated fudgy goodness with some ice cream is something that I would call ‘Chocolate Heaven”.

I have made many batched of brownies ever since but this week I finally made one on a sizzling platter, and trust me I was super excited to dig in after I saw it. Also, shooting with icecream which is continuously melted since it is on a hot platter is damn difficult, please ignore the messy icecream….. haha. This mixture of hot and cold is perfect to indulge in this summer, what are you waiting for??? Happy Baking.
