Nachos have been one of my favorites snacks to enjoy and well since I have been eating a lot of unhealthy stuff I thought how about make it slightly healthy.
Made a batch of these crispy baked nachos and topped them with loads of sauces. I will be honest, they are not better than fried ones but they are worth a try. A different crunch than the fried one but I like it, Happy Baking!!!

- Rest the dough for 20 Mins. Roll into squares, cook on a pan slightly just to remove the moisture, and then cut into triangles.
- Line them into a tray and bake at 170 degrees for 10-12 Mins, turn them halfway to cook equally both sides.
- You can store these in an airtight container as well.
- For Salsa, chop 3tomatoes, onions, green chilies, garlic, and seasoning in a bowl and mix it well. Add Lemon juice and tomato puree of the remaining tomato to it. Add chopped Coriander to it.
- In a pan, Sauté refined flour for roughly 20 seconds. Add butter to it and mix well.
- Switch off the flame, add in the milk, and seasoning to it. Grate cheese and mix well.
