You a fitness freak? and is chocolate something you cannot resist? This is the perfect treat for you.
It’s a lazy day and didn’t quite feel like baking today so I made a no-bake dessert and well it turned out better than I thought. A simple few ingredients tart that is perfect to relish in the quarantine times. A chocolatey biscuit base filled with honey, dry fruits, cornflakes and a to top it all off a creamy buttercream, Yumm!! Tried a completely white base picture this time apparently I have been spending a lot of time trying to up my food photography game during the quarantine and of course baking to pass the time, what are you’ll up to? Happy No-Baking for this one… haha.

No Bake Chocolate Tart
A chocolatey treat filled with dry fruits, honey and topped off with creamy buttercream.
Ingredients
- 12 Pieces Chocolate Cookies/ Oreo
- 100 gms Butter
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Extract
- 70 gms Icing Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 gms Cornflakes/Dry Fruits
- 10 Pieces Pistachios
Instructions
- Start by separating cookie and cream from the oreo.
- Grind the cookie in a blender, add 30 gm melted butter to it and mix well.
- Add the cookie mixture into the cupcake/tart mould and spread evenly in every part, don't keep it too thin or it will break when you take it out.
- Keep the tart base to refrigerate for 45 mins. Once set Demould it by gently flipping and tapping on the back, I'll take time but it will come off.
- In a bowl, mix together dry fruits/ Cornflakes along with honey and add it to the tart shells, refrigerate for another 10 mins.
- For the buttercream, whisk together the rest of the Butter, Icing Sugar, Vanilla Extract and the oreo cream.
- Add Cocoa powder to it or you can add melted chocolate as well.
- Remove tarts from the refrigerator, pipe the buttercream on it, and garnish it with mint leaves. Serve.
