Since childhood, I have been indulging in these super soft Kari biscuits from Hyderabad and I absolutely love them. The melt in mouth texture and the tutti fruitti in between, so simple yet so Addictive.
Being in lockdown has made me try to make things I have never before and This is one of those things. Couldn’t get my hands on any at the store so I made it at home. They do take up a few ingredients and some time but it is so worth it. Also, My house smells all vanilla and cardamom right now…. you carry on with the recipe while I indulge in some, Haha.
Tutti Fruitti Biscuits
Super soft, melt in mouth vanilla cookies filled with loads of dry fruits and tutti fruitti.

- 1 gm Cardamom Powder (1/4th tsp)
- 40 gms Dry Fruits (1/4th cup)

- Add in the cardamom powder and a tsp of milk and make a dough. NOTE: The dough will be soft at first but will get stiff once you refrigerate.
- Refrigerate the dough in the freezer for 30 mins.
- Remove, shape into the desired shape, I used a cookie cutter to make them round and line them on a baking tray.
- Bake at 150 degrees Celsius or 302 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 mins.
- Remove, let them cool and serve, Your biscuits are now ready.
