  • Add in the set jelly layers in between and repeat the same until all layers are done.
  • Cover the entire cake in White, Give it a crumb coat. (Crumb coat is basically a thin layer to cover the crumbs so that they don't stick to the icing which is seen from outside)
  • Now start by piping dark to light colors from the bottom, Violet in the bottom, then pink and then white, scrape it off using a spatula until smooth. You should end up with a tricolor cake.
  • Add some rose emulsion to the melted white chocolate and cover the cake by gently dripping the melted chocolate in the sides.
  • Top the cake using some Cake crumbs and some random piping and finish with a rose. There you go. Your ultimate rose cake is ready!!!
